• Move management and coordination

• Field verify new construction before installation
• Development of FF&E reuse plans
• Coordinate and oversee all deliveries and installations to ensure
adherence to scope of work, installation standards, and accurate
placement of furniture according to plan
• Oversee FF&E reconfigurations, relocations, or installations
• Coordinate and manage all vendors, including:
• Relocation specialists
• Moving companies
• Cabling companies
• Electrical companies
• Furniture dealers and installation teams
